Challenge

Small shops sell through Instagram and Telegram and keep stock in Excel. They need one service: a POS, inventory and a bot that answers customers with live prices and stock — and never makes things up.

What we built
  • Dashboard, POS, inventory, orders and a shop website — one product catalogue for all of it
  • An AI sales assistant: prices and stock come only from the database, every number is verified
  • Official Instagram and WhatsApp connection via the Meta API
  • A Windows app: the POS keeps working offline
